To be honest, this is definitely a good idea and can hit the market as India doesnt have these kind of services available widely. There are only few players in this market and more then two-three players definately can co-exist if they plan their strategies in a proper way.

Looks like the site is made in .net framework ? looks like some ASP development. The site is developed and managed by ValueLabs. Now the biggest question I have is why these site doesnt work in FireFox ?
As this has been a biggest issue for Indian websites. Even after knowing the facts that Firefox is getting popular day by day, these websites doesnt support Firefox. I tried to open up their website and the front page itself didn't bring me the list of cities in the dropdown menu. Why would they go in production without testing all these features. And this is not question to Abhibus.com but the company who developed their website ValueLabs.
Anyways.. the site worked pretty well in IE. Few of their menu items were disabled. Oh and by the way, they have this wierd video about a kid sitting on the railway track and her grandma (I guess) kicks the kid to save his life. And to make it consistent, this video is being played on each and every page. It is so annoying. I dont even know whats the importance of that video !!
Anyways.. check out the site.
