Just came across this website which is built using Ruby On Rails technology and provides free ebooks with nice web 2.0 features such as voting, reviews and categories/tags. The website is called Foldez.com which actually links back to LinkMingle.com.
Foldez.com has nice interface where you can find free ebooks for different categories. Its basically a link aggregator for free ebooks available on the internet. Looks like the initial idea was to create LinkMingle.com, a bookmark sharing site but eventually the focus is moving towards having categoriezed links.
Well atleast the free books for the programming section was quite helpful. Check out Foldez.com
