LegalAdda.com - Is It Really Microsoft India Product?

There are many reasons why I believe that LegalAdda.com is not a Microsoft India Product. Sometimes I feel that Indian blogsphere and news papers are all part of plagiarism. The moment one news paper releases an article, next day we see the whole blogsphere talking about the same story (Sometimes including myself if the story is useful to my readers).

LegalAdda.com is registered by Abhishek Kant who works as a Community Project Manager at Microsoft India. He also runs his own website and another site called Report Traffic Violations. Now LegalAdda.com is designed to provide a social networking platform to legal professionals in India.

Reasons I don't believe LegalAdda is microsoft product

LegalAdda Logo - The most pathetic logo I have ever seen. Look at the logo text white borders. If LegalAdda.com is Microsoft India's product, I must say the site design is pathetic. It tell you how poorly it's been designed.

About Us - The site's "About Us" section doesn't mention about Microsoft India rather lists Microsoft as a supporting organization. This doesn't make LegalAdda a Microsoft India's product

Site is under Creative Commons - Since when Microsoft started to participate in Creative Commons??

These are my thoughts about LegalAdda.com I might be wrong but thats what I thought when I saw LegalAdda.com
