After the launch of BSNL Andhra Pradesh Customer Service Portal, BSNL has now launched its Customer Service Portal for Punjab Circle.
The front page is displayed with Preity Zinta's nice smile. :-) The site provides interface for different services offered by BSNL, Mobile Services, Land line Services, Internet services etc.
You can use this portal to shift your telephone, change your tariff plan, requests for provision withdrawal of call transfer, search BSNL telephone directory, search for STD/ISD codes etc.
You can also apply for new broadband connection or request for a new CellOne connection, request for duplicate bills of CellOne. You can pay your land line bills online.
You need to register on the portal to use these services which requires your email address. you will be given a username and password. Existing customers need to enter their phone number/ unique ID to add services to their existing phones,
