The application dashboard provides users information about the applications they have authorized and the data used by the applications.The new options will enable Facebook users on mobile devices to view details about the information that have been shared with different websites and applications.
Users can easily access and adjust their privacy settings whenever they like. The privacy settings will include an applications and websites section which will display all the applications used along with the date and time of the latest applications with which information was shared.
Moreover, tweaking of other settings like access to one’s basic profile information, photos and videos, and friends’ information is also made possible. Users have to simply visit m.facebook.com/privacy on their mobile devices, or they can visit the Settings page and click on the “change” link. With these changes to the privacy feature, it seems Facebook is seriously listening to the privacy concerns raised by users.
