The Indian Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT) and Microsoft Corp Wednesday jointly launched a websitewhich will provide vital information to internet users on how to combat online threats. The site basically provides information related to Cyber crimes, Cyber laws, different tools to protect yourself and your family from online threats and raises awareness among children, parents, women, businesses and educators.
Suparna Pandhi, senior director and head of services division at the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) said the website would 'empower the users to be vigilant and alert while using computers and the internet'.
