TO PAY ON A/C OF REPAIRING UNDER WARRANTY PRODUCTS.
AS YOU ARE AWARE ITS RAINING HERE AND YOUR PRODUCTS
GETS MOISTURE EFFECT AND THEY ASK TO PAY FOR COST OF BOX. .
HERE I WILL INFORM YOU THAT YOUR CORDINATOR YUVRAJ AT KOTA TALKS VERY LOOSE, AND DO NOT HASITATE, TO THRETENED AND SAYS " TUMHE DEG LOONGA".SINCE i AM SSD HERE, HE SAID ME TO RETURN ALL INSTALATION MATERIAL AND SPARES IMMDIETLY

My customer ID is 5140490. My satellite box 1011 Sr. no. is 410610 780111 198890.

I have been using Videocond2h servce for some months. At present I don't get proper picture quality which gets distorted and then disappears in some of the channels like Sony, Colors, Zee TV, whereas it is alright in some others. I have tried to contact the customer care service through its phone nos. but there is either no contact or it gets disconnected. Therefore, I am unable to get my problem rectified.

Moreover, I am unable to get my connection recharged. I have also sent e-mails to the customer care service but nothing has been done so far.

Kindly help to rectify my problem.
