India has been a major seat of learning for thousands of years, dating back to ancient seats of learning like Nalanda. Even now Indian educational institutions such as the (IITs, IISc, IIMs, NITs,AIIMS, ISI, BITS and ISB) are well known worldwide. Teachers rate their students and give them marks based on their performance but what about giving ratings to teachers?

Western countries like USA gives their students an option to rate their teacher once the semester or year is finished. Students anonymously can rate their teacher on paper and hand it to their school or college. India still lacks that. So here is a new website which allows you to rate your teachers.

 

The site is called MyFaveTeacher.com. You can register to the site and then can anonymously submit rating for your teachers. You can browse the ratings for teachers across India. You can also search for a teacher and see what students are saying about them.

Students can rate any teacher on a scale of 1-5 on the basis of various criterion, viz. subject clarity, helpfulness, easiness. While you can write comments about your teachers, the site strickly discourages students to be disrespectful and profane towards their teachers while writing reviews.

So be careful while writing your review and always give respect to your teachers.
