I don't know how many of you pay your utility bills such as electricity, cellphone, home phone etc bills online. And I think there are not many players in this market who gives you such service where you can pay your bills online. BillJunction.com is there but it is not free.

 

There is one site called BillDesk.com which also provides online bill payment system. BillDesk today operates bank-centric payment service for over 40 banks and 150 billing institutions with an estimated five million unique consumers. It helps consumers to pay through internet or ATMs using internet banking, credit cards or direct debit with over two lakh transactions taking place every month. This provides Secure Online Payment service.

 

 

 

BillDesk will soon launch a platform for people to make utility bill payments through mobile phones. “In the next 3-6 months, we will come out with a mobile payment platform which will ensure a safe payment to utilities like electricity or phone companies,” said M N Srinivasu, director IndiaIdeas.com, the company offering services under BillDesk.
