Sanwa 3D Viewer will display three dimensional YouTube videos content by using an iPhone. ViewMaster will come back to life once again with the Sanwa Stereoscopic 3D Viewer. Not many people remember the old ViewMaster.
The ViewMaster had a series of still images and you could advance to the next picture by pulling a lever on its side. The Sanwa Stereoscopic YouTube Viewer will remind people of the old ViewMaster. This viewer has been designed to work with your iPhone and give you a 3D viewing thrill on the go.
If you don’t have the cash to set aside for a big screen 3D TV or a Nintendo 3DS, this 3D viewer from Sanwa of Japan will offer an inexpensive and easy way to see 3D YouTube content on an iPhone.
Hasbro had recently taken out a MY3D Viewer. This device sent the left/right images from 3D videos in the side-by-side format to the appropriately positioned eyeball. There are also smartphones that are 3D capable now like the LG Optimus 3D but the Sanwa Viewer can change your iPhone into a personal big screen 3D TV. Though it has been designed to work with the stereoscopic 3D videos on YouTube, it could work with any 3D image that is displayed in the side-by-side format.
The Sanwa viewer measures 140x90x75 mm. It weighs about 125 grams. It has a slot for an iPhone 4 or 4S. There is a hole in the underside of the Viewer which will allow the users to slip their fingers through to reach the touch screen of the iPhone for control of the volume and playback options. The 3D movies will seem larger than the iPhone’s smaller display would show. There may be a strain on your arm muscles if the Viewer is held to your face for a longer period of time when viewing. The 3D Viewer of Sanwa is available for only twenty five dollars.
