An application called Open Garden lets you share your mobile internet with your other wireless devices. Open Garden lets you create a mesh network that ties together all the Open Garden-enabled devices around you into one large network that then automatically shares Internet access and bandwidth between all of these devices.
Open Garden works on Android, Windows and Mac.
Basically, you install OpenGarden application on your android device and your Windows or Mac or Android Tablet. Once that is done, it will find all the devices nearby running Open Garden and share the internet. What they don't mention in their description is that your devices should have Bluetooth capabilities.
