Make your title speak – Video titles can attract powerful traffic just like the effect that strong headlines have on a blog post. A title is very important. It can instantly steal viewer’s attention and you are more likely to show up on search engines when you use the right keywords in your title.
Provide Unique Content – You will have to concentrate on your ideal viewer. What is it that he or she will find totally interesting? What can you tell them in terms of `How to’ as this is a successful strategy and offers great value to your viewer.
Insert your URL in the video – You have to take advantage of the various editing features when you do your video and add a text box to your video to give your website’s address. This is a great method to get good exposure.
Tell a compelling story - You can always ask your viewers to respond at the end of your video like maybe signing up for your newsletter subscription or linking to related website. Ask a question about your products and services and then try answering that question yourself. Tell a story as simple as possible because people can relate to you when you tell a compelling story. Sensationalize, as Apple has done here.
Provide an HTML link – When you post your video on a site like YouTube, you have the option to describe your video briefly. You can start with the link that you can guide your viewers to as this is a great opportunity for you to draw them in.
Go one step further – Most people close up efforts after they post their videos on YouTube. Make sure that you embed your video on your own website as this will increase the amount of time people will spend on your website.
