Dear Sir,

This is with reference to Gram Panchayat Kanechhan Kalan (PIN 311407) District Bhilwara Taluka - Shahpura corruption activities carried out at mass level by local Sharpanch family members (her Sons/Husband and brother) they all are inadequately involved in corruption and mismanagement of village basic necessities like cleaning, water, electricity, security, infrastructure development etc.

The fact of the subject is that the Sharpanch of above-mentioned village (Kanechhan Kalan- Taluka Shahpura District Bhilwara –Rajasthan) is not educated and her family members including her son Shri Sitaram Khatik is involved into day to day administration of the village. We have been noticing since last 2 years that he is heavily involved into corruption activities, routine operation and handling administration of the village and also influencing local people and poor class people by giving some kind and money also involved into terror activities in the village.

Following are the issues:

1- The Mahatma ghutnehi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act - MNREGA scheme – the said village areas "misappropriating" central funds and "threatening" workers to keep their mouth shut. Like the attendance register is heavily mismanaged, people who are not working has been shown as presented and money to that effect deposited into their bank account, "There was great fraud in making (of job) cards, muster rolls were not maintained properly, and work was not provided to job seekers sometimes...

2 - CC road construction within village streets not been constructed as per the agreed standards. Local people have been complaining about the level of construction but using some unpleasant ways terrorized them.

3 - The cleaning is not been taken care of hence village is badly impacted from routine disease.

4 - BPL card had been issued without any basic check and the money on the account has been used for his own purpose. Whereas as per the government norms BPL needs to be used for the to enable least interaction with the Government System (No filling up of forms).

5 - Aangan Badi teachers appointment has been changed at mass level.

6 - Fake certificates for pension scheme issued to old people of villages and portion of money is being used by him self.

Dear sir, the whole issue is that the Sarpanch is not educated and his Sons are taking advantages of the same and involved into various other activities.

This Joint Commissioner of Customs in Chennai Customs , incharge of SIB, his name is KSVV Prasad asked our Manager for arranging entertainment (sex) else he will take up our import for investigation. We import about 60 container of Ferrous metal Scrap per month and this person says he will take up our company for investigation else we should arrange call-girls for him every month 2-3 times. Whom do we complain such a sensitive matter, when the Chief Commissioner is a lady?

Hi I am shocked to know one the churches in CSI (Church of South India) in Chennai, paid bribe to get building approval the sum of 26,000rs. I obtained the copy of the minutes of the meeting which mentioned about this, the Church pastor and secretary signed the doc.
Using offering money, suppose to be holy money is used for bribe a sin.
How to take, action against such corrupt people?

A MAN ANKIT BHUTANI WAS ARRESTED AT IGI AIRPOT DELHI ON 22/06/2011 HAVING FAKE IGI AIRPORT ENTRY PASS WHICH HAS TO BE ISSUED BY MINISTRY OF CIVIL AVIATION ALONG WITH HIS APPOINT LETTER OF INDIAN AIRLINES AND A LIST OF 109 CANDIDATES WHICH ARE ALSO LIKELY TO JOIN THE INDIAN AIRLINES JOB ON 22/06/2011.BUT THIS MAN WAS ARRESTED BY AIR PORT POLICE STATING THAT THE ENTRY PASS AND THE APPOINT LETTER IS FAKE AND THIS MATTER WAS PUBLISHED IN THE NEWS PAPER ON 23/06/2011.
1 HAVE SENT A MAIL TO THE POLICE COMMISSIONER DELHI MENTIONING ALL THE FACTS IN DETAIL BUT INSTEAD OF MAKING THE INQUIRY I HAVE THREATNED BY AN ASI RAJ KUMAR DAHIYA ASKING ME TO DESTRY ALL THE DOCUMENTS SUCH AS APPOINT LETTERS/SELECTION LETTERS,I.D. CARDS WITH SOME CANDIDATES AND A LIST OF 109 AND 65 CANDIDATES WERE LIKELY TO JOIN IN THE INDIAN AIRLINES ON 22/06/2011.
NOW THE QUESTION ARRISE THAT WHY THE POLICE IS NOT TAKING ANY ACTION AGAINST THEM.

1.WHO IS ISSUING THE FAKE AIRPOR ENTRY PASSES WITH THE NUMBER WHICH HAS ONLY TO BE ISSUED BY MINISTRY OF CIVIL AVIATION.
2.WHO IS ISSUING THE FALSE/FAKE APPOINTMENT LETTERS TO THE CANDIDATES ON THE INDIAN AIRLINES LETTER HJEADS.
3.SOME CANDIDATES HAS BEEN GIVEN THE AIRPORT UNIFORMS ALSO.
4.MADAM PRABHJA,NARESH SHARMA,NEERAJ SHARMA,DEVENDER SHARMA,ADITIYA BHARDWAJ AND KONKA DEB AHS COLLOECTED FROM ONE LAC TO SEVEN LAC RS. PER CANDIDATE IN ACCORDACE WITH THEIR JOBS.
5.IT WAS STATED TO ALL THE CANDIDATES THAT THESES AIRPORT JOBS ARE UNDER VENDOR QUOTA SEATS AND DELHI POLICE,DSSSB,MDELHIETRO,INDIAN RAILWAY SEATS ARE UNDER THE MANISTRIAL QUOTA SEATS.
6.SOME OF THE CANDIATES HAS BEEN ISSUED FAKE APPOINTMENT LETTER BUT WHEN THEY ARE PROVED THAT EVERY THING IS FAKE AND FRAUD THE POLICE INSTEAD OF MAKING THE ENQUIRY AGAINST THEM TRYING TO HARRASH THE INNOSENT CANDIDATES.
7.I PREM KINRA CAN HELP THE POLICE IN THE INVESTIGATION IF THE POLICE RECRUIT AN HONEST OFFICER FOR THE INVESTIGATION WITHOUT MAKING ANY HARRASHMENT TO THE INNOCENT CANDIDATES AND ASSURE THAT THE CANDIDATES MONEY WILL BE RETURNED BACK IF RECOVERED.

in spite of all this today i am having bitter experience that to day i visit your junagadh (gujarat) national insurance branch! and i ask that to helpline desk that regarding accident of my scooter Honda activa that what should i do further for this incidence action? than some one asking to me that you meet divisional manager.

divisional manager Mr mharana is but today unfortunately is on leave and today one person was there and he told me that my self is Mr J.S.Sanghavi and i am in charge divisional manager, and i straight ask to Mr. sanghavi i am having problem of scooter accident and this is my policy and no is 300500/31/11/6200001401 and i met with accident, thanks to god nothing is happen with me except my scooter is damage and for that so what i can do? i am not familiar of this your procedure?he told me that seat and i seat there more than hour and i ask again than he told us my friend also with me Mr. pradeep thaker and said that paid 1000Rs and i send a person with u and person and make serve and pass your claim, and after this pass claim 10% amount paid to me than I ask that why should i paid you 1000 Rs and 10% of amount after claim passed ?

Than Mr J.S. Sanghavi angry on me start to" speak abuse language and rudeworld that insult me chamber of divisional manager,and start to give me advice that if you claim in the court it takes more time passed if you paid me this amount than i settle this matter with in time it is like UNDER TABLE"

than i socked that and I ask that why you demand money for doing legal things, and I am your reputed company customer since long time, and corruption demand is not good for you, and Mr sanghvi very rudely said that get out from my chamber and go in the court and suffer the time and money also.


Above all this incidence i make complain to you for this greavence and i your since long and reputed customer since long, than my complain is that take strict action against this Mr sanghvi and make this example in the society and country.

We are hearing about public charter & various other initiatives taken by Government, but why we forget that the person who is looking after all these complaints is one of them only. Every Body is talking about of Public Charter but no boday is like to concentrate on reality, reality is given below:

1. Offices like RTO, Collectorate, Tehsil, Passport office, Development Authorities, Registry Offices, Banks, we found dalal (Rather I would say PIMP) outside the offices. Every body knows but ??????????????
Still the job are being done through/ via / them only even our documents are ok, still we need to give some money to them. Because People prefer to give money to those basteds rather to come again & again.

2. Why the action are not being taken against them.


Till the time these DALALS (PIMP) are offering their services with the consent of Officer in charge nothing is going to happen.


Pl let me know the accountability of theses kind of charter, Rather I would wastage of money nothing else.
