Online Radio For India is in huge demand. Specially if famous FM radio channels like Radio Mirchi, Big FM, Radio City goes online then it would be a best thing that can happen to a radio industry. I have seen people looking for a website where they can listen to these famous radio channels online. Most of the Dubai's Indian radio channels are available online and poeple from all over the world listen to those radio stations for FREE. But we are not there yet.
WorldSpace Satellite Radio has tied up with MSN India to provide its 5 channels for online community.
This will give 24 hour access to their favorite stations Farishta (Hindi film classics), Sparsha (Kannada), Spandana (Telugu), Gandharv (Hindustani classical) and Shruti (Carnatic music) online at MSN WorldSpace.
I know what you are "probably" thinking. Is it free ? How in the world they think of giving something for free ? The subscription is going to cost USD 9.9 only per month. Are you kidding me ? Why would I pay $10 for listening to radio? I would rather go to voicevibes.net and listen the live radio streaming for free. :-) (MSN India)
