One thing I don't understand is what's up with "lots and lots" of Indian Startups? Just a month back, InfoEdge Group ( Who owns Naukri.com, 99Acres.com, JeevanSathi.com, Quadrangle.com) launched AskNaukri.com, a career guidance site.

Yesterday I found out about their new website Brijj.com, a career and Professional networking site.

What I don't like about "New Startups" from the same group is, you have to register to their each and every website. Why can't they provide Single Sign On for all of their websites ? For example, I am a member in Naukri.com, I should be able to use the same login credentials for AskNaukri.com or Brijj.com. right ? At least thats what I feel.

I haven't used Brijj.com yet and I am not sure if I will ever use it. I think I am already tired with LinkedIn and few other professional networking sites and don't want to waste my time with another professional networking site.

Oh by the way, I found out about this from this website.
Probably there are so many other things a web site needs to know other then username and password.
    For eg. how important do you think naukri's database can be for jeevansathi.com, or 99acres.com
@Honey

    Well the point here was for Naukri.com, AskNaukri.com and Brijj.com.

    And as far as Login Credentials are concerned, what else do you need? A username and password ? We dont ask a person's social/personal preferences for login, do we?

    If they design the system properly, you can use the login component so that it can be used as Single Sign On. Just like Google and Yahoo are doing.

    You can alsways ask for Site Specific details once they log in.
