Samsung Galaxy S has sold millions of units worldwide and this justifies the fact that this headset is launching now a special edition model, targeted to new audiences. Samsung Galaxy S Femme, a special edition only for all kind of women.

This main idea of this special edition comes from the collaboration between Samsung Electronics, the big Korean manufacturer and Aveda, a professional hair and skin care products maker.

In this special edition, Samsung and Aveda come with a package containing one Samsung Galaxy S Femme handset and some creams to protect the hands and the hair of the users (Korean ladies only). Also, the smartphone has an Aveda application which will be installed on the 4GB microSD card provided with the handset and includes tips for the ladies who will buy this special edited phone.

The features of Galaxy S Femme, besides the microSD card included, are the same as Samsung Galaxy S mobile phone except the fact that this handset is colored in pink.

Samsung Galaxy S Femme is using the same OS version (2.1) powered by Android, it has a 1GHz ARM Cortex processor and a 4” display. On the inside, this handset also has a 8 GB storage capacity with 512 MB RAM, 5 MP auto-focus camera, Wi-Fi, FM radio, social networking integration and a GPS with A-GPS support and a 1500 mAh Li-Po battery, but we don’t have the price yet.

If the men feel discriminated about this special edition, maybe that Samsung should launch a version of its Galaxy S for bodybuilders, cars enthusiasts or for the cricket lovers.
