Government of Andhra Pradesh is now going forward with its e-governance initiative. The portal eSevaOnline.com launched by Andhra Pradesh Government is planning to launch a free mobile phone application that allows people to pay utility bills using their credit or debit cards.

So how would the eSeva Mobile application work?

• You can create your username and password on the eSeva site to download the application on your mobile devices (GPRS enabled).
• Once download is complete, install the application and you can then view and pay bills of various utility services.
• The server will talk to the computer systems of banks to cross check the veracity of bank accounts and debit the said amount

AP Government launched Passport services in the past allowing people to fill up the application online, take a printout and submit at 40 eSeva centres across the State
