Two new versions of Blackberry Smartphone is about to be launched in India. Research in Motion (RIM) announced the launching of Torch 9800 and Pearl 3G 9105 in Pink and White colors in India. These women centric phones, as going by their color codes, will be made available by the end of September in India.

The Blackberry Torch 9800 is a first of its kind phone with Blackberry 6 Operating system and a pre installed Blackberry App world.

The phone has a 3.2 inch touch screen and a 35 key full QWERTY back slide out keyboard. The Torch sports a powerful 624 Mhz processor equipped with 512 Mb flash memory.

The phone has a inbuilt 4 GB memory that is expandable to up to 32 GB. Other features of the phone includes 5 Megapixel Camera with flash, a Built in GPS system, Wi-Fi connectivity, Voice Activated dialing, a speakerphone, 3.5 mm stereo headset Jack and Bluetooth 2.1 with EDR.

The new Blackberry Pearl 3G will have the same specifications as the existing Pearl 3G phones, except the change in handset colors.
