Lenovo one of the leading PC making company in the world has introduced new Y-series Notebooks Lenovo IdeaPad Y460 and Lenovo IdeaPad Y560 with premium multimedia. The Lenovo IdeaPad Y460 and IdeaPad Y560 laptops comes with a One-Key Theater button, JBL speakers and Dolby Headphone technology, and Lenovo’s proprietary VeriFace face recognition technology and the one-key rescue system.

The IdeaPad Y460 comes in Black color with a 1.3MP integrated web camera. It has a 14 inch HD LED screen display and runs on Intel Core i5 processor. It comes with pre-loaded Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bits. The notebook has dimensions of 340 X 20-33 X 235mm and weighing 2.2 kg. The Y460 connectivity options include 3 USB ports, one card slot, one multi card reader slot, Mic-in, headphone, and HDMI.

IdeaPad Y460 comes with a 4GB DDR3 DRAM. There are two storage options: 320GB and 500GB hard drive on the Lenovo IdeaPad Y460 laptop. It is powered by 6-cell battery that gives a running time of approximately five hours and comes with 1-year Parts and Labour warranty. The base price of IdeaPad Y460 starts from 46,000.

The IdeaPad Y560 has a standard 15.6-inch HD LED-backlit display and a six-cell battery. It includes an ATI Radeon HD5730 1GB graphics card, an optional Blu-ray Disc drive, as well as an HDMI output for connecting to other HD devices. The notebook can be configured to 8GB DDR3 and can have an additional storage of 750GB HDD. It also has Wi-Fi 802.11n and Bluetooth connectivity. The price of Y-560 ranges from Rs. 46,000 to Rs.52,000.
