Finally, Google is rolling out multiple account sign in for Gmail. Many people are using Gmail as the primary mail and some people has multiple Gmail accounts. However, one can only log in to one account at a time. With this roll out, users can have multiple account sessions active at once, which can be toggled between through a drop-down box at the top of the Gmail page. Users can find the new setting under the My Account section of Gmail.
How you can access more than one Gmail account simultaneously
1.Visit Google Accounts.
2.Make sure you have enabled multiple sign-in in your account settings:
3.If your settings for multiple sign-in are set to “off”, click on “edit” to change this. When you click on “Edit”, you will be able to select multiple sign-in to be “On”:
4.Now you can sign in to your main Gmail account.
5.To sign into another Gmail account, click on the arrow that appears next to your email address at the top right hand corner of the screen:
6.Click on “Sign in to another account”, and you can now sign into an additional Gmail account.
7.The new account will open in a new tab, and you can toggle between the two accounts within the same browser.
Please keep in mind that this is a feature for advanced users, Not all Google services support multiple account sign-in yet. For the services that don't support it (like Blogger and Picasa Web Albums), you'll be defaulted to the first account you signed in with during that browser session.
So if you click a link from Gmail to Blogger, for example, you'll be logged into Blogger with the first account you signed in with, even if you clicked the link to Blogger from your second Gmail account. If you use more than one Google Account, we hope this makes you more efficient.
