Either for a positive or negative news, Apple has been making the headlines, one way or the other. Recently, Apple has found a temporary solution for the Apple’s iPhone 4 reception problem by giving free bumper cases. Now, the latest news is not about its iPhone 4 but about its successful iPad device.

Everybody knows that, using any devices in direct sunlight is risky (as it could spoil the devices severely). An iPad User has sued Apple and is demanding action on Apple. The case was that, the iPad got overheated and got switched off, when the user was using the iPad in direct sunlight (outdoor). According to the user, the device got overheated and switched off more than once.

Reports from Bloomberg, the case was recorded by the user in the Northern California and his now demanding a severe action by stating that Apple’s Products are not usable in normal weather situations and are not living up to their promises.

According to reports from The Next Web, the temperature sensitivity of iPad operating conditions is from 32 degrees to 95 degrees F while it is running and up to 113 degrees F when it is switched off. No other product (either iPhone 4 or iPad) has been reported of similar overheating problems.
