Apple’s iPhone 4 users have been under fire for long time, due to its reception problems. Apple has arranged a press conference yesterday in order to address this issue. Steve jobs just announced what we all were expecting.
Steve Jobs announced that Apple would provide a case for free to all iPhone 4 users. If you have already bought a case, Apple would refund the money for the case. These cases are claimed to solve the reception problem by increasing the antenna’s capacity.
Apple is starting a website next week, where users can register for their new iPhone 4 cases. The users can also get cases of different types, as the company has already got shortages for the bumper cases and so have asked for help from other companies to fill in their demands.

Jobs cleverly commented that, “Apple wants to make the customers to be glad (solve the problem by giving a case) and if we are unable to make you glad, we are ready to refund the full money”
This announcement has come from Apple after more than 3 weeks after a user took his iPhone 4 to the store regarding this reception issue. Apple has been under severe pressure after the Consumer Reports suggesting that, “they do not suggest this iPhone 4 to be bought” though iPhone 4 being top ranked in their listings.
