Till now, we have heard only about its successes and advantages and there was no problems reported. But finally, there was an issue reported with pictures in Boy Genius Report by some people. The issue was that iPhone getting fired when connected to an USB data cable port provided by the Apple.
The images displayed are of an iPhone which was burnt, when it was connected to the computer’s USB port via the USB Data Cable that comes along with the iPhone. This iPhone was taken by the customer to the AT&T to get it repaired or to get a replacement (as the iPhone is completely damaged).
The AT&T store after servicing the iPhone has said that the fire was actually caused due to the defective USB port of the iPhone 4. According to the BGR reports, due to excessive heat produced in the Bezel of the handset made the USB port to melt and catch a fire. This caused the mobile and the data cable to get fried in the fire that was produced.
According to the latest reports, the owner is waiting to get his replaced iPhone 4 handset.
