One of the great things about upgrading to a Smartphone years ago was that all numbers were links. The updated Voice plug-in for Chrome allows for a similar streamlining in your web browser.
The phone numbers are just turned into clickable links , which eliminates the users work of cutting and pasting the phone numbers across the windows.
The extension also adds phone icon in the browser, which makes you to place calls quickly and choose the number from which you do so. Mac users need to install the latest Chrome and not the old one, to use this extension.
This is a new step towards making a lazier future.
