Nowadays, laptops comes with either dual core or quad core processors, so the company is planning to introduce triple core processors that are more powerful and energy efficient than the former.

The company is also planning to offer a next-generation laptop platform code-named Danube, which is manufactured using the 45-nanometer process, to achieve higher levels of integration.
Danube processors are mainly focused to boost laptop battery life by more than an hour. Danube chips will support the faster DDR3 form of memory.There is an considerable amount of improvement shown by these chips in speed and graphics when compared with Dragon platform.
The company is constantly upgrading the integrated graphics capabilities in this platform.
