Potable Media Players IceTouch And MyFit From Samsung

Samung has planned to launch two new portable media players to compete Apple’s iPod and iPod touch that shook the media player market. The new Samsung IceTouch comes with two inch AMOLED touchscreen, While Samsung MyFit has a sensor to check fat and stress level, and offers 8GB of storage space.

IceTouch supports all popular audio formats which include Apple’s M4A and MP3HD with 5.1 channel surround sound. MPEG4, WMV, Xvid and Divx are the video formats supported by IceTouch.

IceTouch has smooth,scratch free surface and offers 16 GB space with cooler color skins in blue, gray, pink and purple. The new Samsung MyFit is designed to attract the fitness enthusiasts. It has a fitness management tools like fat level and stress level tracker, and also offers a built in accelerometer to track calories level.

MyFit also feature FM tuner with enhanced sound technology, which proves to bring in more realistic stereo sound. The Audio formats supported by Myfit are MP3, WMA, OGG and AAC. WMV and MPEG4 are the video formats supported by MyFit. These Portable Media Players will be available in the first half of this year.
