Following the footprints of Yahoo Google & MSN, local mobile search company, OnYoMo.in lauched its mobile search service for GPRS enabled cellphones.
Onyomo already provides local search, available on its Web site named onyomo.com.
GPRS users can access OnYomo's WAP site and find local information such as current movies, restaurants, cafes, bars, hotels etc. within their cities. The site covers Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune and Kolkata. User can select the city, location and type in the "interest" they are looking for. for example. Select city - Mumbai and type in "Pizza" in Find text box and it will give you list of places which matches the crieteria.

Site also provides filters where you can narrow down your search to get the accurate results. Filters include for restaurants include "Food Ratings -- should be between 0.5 to 4.0" and type of cuisine -- Chaat, chinese etc.
