Google Android HTC Magic In India - For Rs 29900

So the word is out. The HTC Magic, powered by Android (Or so called Google G2 Phone) will be launched in India from Airtel. Looks like Airtel gets an exclusive deal for HTC Magic in India.

HTC Magic has a fully customizable Home screen that will allow you to put applications, music or contacts widgets. It also has a Smart Dialer that lets you call people in whatever way you think, by either dialing their phone number or by dialing the first few letters of their name and  the versatile virtual keyboard lets you choose your favorite way including Phone keypad or Qwerty keyboard  to type and the predictive text completion helps.

If you are already an Airtel customer, you can avail many utility based applications such as Portfolio Manager, Hello Tune Manager, Weather Channel, Mobshare, In-mobile search and City Search on the HTC Magic.

 

For Airtel customers, HTC Magic also allows free data download of 100 MB per month for a period of 6 months. The HTC Magic will be available at a market price of Rs. 29,990/- at Airtel Relationship Centres and authorised HTC resellers across 17 cities.

 

The cities include Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Chandigarh, Jaipur, Coimbatore, Cochin, Ludhiana, Jalandhar, Lucknow, Bhubaneswar and Patna.
