Sharing a video on the other hand or images on your computer is not that easy. It requires you to upload your file to either youtube or other hosting service and than copy that link, paste it into your twitter update.

TweeTube -  Tweetube is a great service. Whether you want to share your webcam video, a picture from your computer, youtube video or interesting bookmarks.. tweetube lets you do it with ease. You can also share pictures taken in your mobile phone on twitter with TweeTube.

TwitVid -- TwitVid is another service that lets you share videos on twitter. Instead of using Youtube, it allows you to upload a video from your computer and then share that uploaded video link via twitter.
