SMSMeOn.com has launched a Mobile identity, your own personal address on the mobile, which can be accessed by your friends & family, anywhere & anytime for sharing any information you desire and vice versa. It is like a dynamic mobile directory on short code 56070. Oh and it is completely FREE.
It is pretty cool concept, let me explain you how it works. Lets say I want my own identity. I reserved the keyword "InfoMadness". I can setup message using SMSMEON website. Now when you send an SMS InfoMadness to 56070, you will receive that message. If I change my location, I can change the messsage and when the next time you send an SMS, you will get that new message.
The important part is those keywords. You can set your name as your keyword. Similar to domain and subdomains, you can have subkeywords too. SO when you send InfoMadness location to 56070, you get my location information.
