Motorola has launched its first GPS-enabled touch screen mobile phone in India. The GPS enabled MOTOMING A1600 will have navigation maps and landmarks of 30 cities. The phone is priced at Rs. 15,847 during this festive season.
The phone has satellite based GPS which offers consumers lifetime free GPS navigation maps and landmarks of 30 cities. So basically you don't have to have a SIM card to use the MOTOMING GPS features. MOTOMING A1600 is independent of mobile networks and can be used without SIM card.
The touchscreen phone offers 1 GB MicroSD card and an expandable memory capacity of up to 4 GB and a 3.2 megapixel camera. MOTOMING A1600 Maps are powered by Track The Person With MapMyIndia iNav. It comes with a business card reader, allowing it to read and upload the information of new business contacts. Its Bluetooth features allow its users to share files with other Bluetooth enabled cell phones.
The Motorola MOTOMING-A1600 features a talking dictionary that translates a word into the native language and pronounces the word in its native tongue.
