Editing Images online can be really useful when you don't have any image editing software installed on your computer. There are quite many online image editors such as FotoFlexer.com, SplashUp.com, PicNik.com and Adobe's online photo editor but all of the above sites require flash. Not that we can't have flash installed on our computer but what if we have other options that doesn't require flash and gives the same features.
A website called DrPic.com allows you to edit your images online without flash. It just uses pure JavaScript to upload, crop, apply effects on your images. DrPic gives some standard photo effects that you can use for your photo edition.
One feature that I liked about DrPic is that it allows you to upload image using URL such as www.drpic.com/?fetch=<image_url>. DrPic also gives you an option to process batch of images at once..You can add multiple files and then can resize those files in a single run.
I think DrPic.com is a great tool for your quick online image editing. I think I am going to use this from now on instead of Microsoft Paint (Yeah.. I know.. I use paint to edit my images..it sucks but hey.. whatever works..). This article image is created using DrPic.com. Its cool isn't it?
