If you are not tired of seeing Monster, ClickJobs, bixee.com, TimesJobs.com or Naukri.com job portals in India, here is a new entrant in the team. There is something unique about this Job Portal though which makes it seperate from the current players in the market.

The site is called WhereIsMyBoss.com (Short name WIMB). WIMB gives you an interface to participate in a LIVE, crystal clear interview with your employer online. You can get instant interview calls from Bosses all over the world. Employers can schedule instant interviews live with WIMB's InstantLive feature.

WhereIsMyBoss.com(WIMB) is a career gateway developed by PGC Infotech Pvt. Ltd., a subsidiary of 25 year old, Tirupur based textile exporter, the Rs. 250 crore PGC INDUSTRIES.

WIMB is focusing on bringing employers and employees together in life-like interactions by allowing scheduling, recording and reviewing video interactions to give the employers savings in cost, time and allowing genuine job-seekers to meet potential employers.

Though the concept is really nice, it would be tough to compete the existing big players. Having this unique Live interview feature might give them an edge over others.

I am not sure how they will make the hiring process fraud-free though. Would their live interview process require webcams at job-seekers end?

On the side note, couldn't they find any better name for the site? WhereIsMyBoss.com sounds weird when you listen to their online demo. They could have choosen some short nice-to-listen name.

I think the name is cool . It really nice that we have something different in the market insterd of same old database story by nakuri,timesjobs or monster . This portal is innovative and I think they will have a good edge over the market . I just posted my resume and got a interview request already. Its fast and dynamic. We should welcome these sort of portals . This is the most coolest name I have heard in the web portal market.
