The site is pretty easy to navigate. Has descent look and feel. You can choose your destinations and search for available bus operators. Once you select the one you prefer, you can enter the traveller name and other information. One thing I noticed is that they ask for IDCard. Are you serious? Do they really check ID Card?
Once you enter the driver information, you can select the seats that you prefer from real time seat availability chart. Pay for the tickets and you will get the confirmation for your tickets. Later if you want to change your booking, you can do with by entering your confirmation number.
The site also provides an interface for Travel Agents to login and manage their fleet and other important information. Oh and if you don't find the place that is covered by the site, you can give them a call to suggest a place.
