If you have missed the news, Microsoft announced the launch of its newest opearing system Windows 8 that will have touch UI and will have tiles like feature for its applications that can give you live application updates.

If you have recently bought Windows 7, don't worry. You should be able to convert your Windows 7 PC into Windows 8 PC soon and that too for FREE!!

Italian developer Sergio James Bruccoleri is working on a Windows 8 Theme for your Windows 7 computer that will transform your Windows 7 into Windows 8.

He plans to include the following features:

  • Custom Tile for Applications and Videogames
  • Split Screen – Multitask like in Microsoft’s video
  • Facebook Push Message on Start Menu
  • New Media Center – browsing pictures, music and videos within the UI
  • Support for Windows 8 7955 (With Application Menu Only for this version)
  • Immersive Browser Included
