Twitter’s censorship plan is being criticized as it allows country specific censorship of tweets. This is causing a global outrage. Twitter is being pulled up for being honest about something that almost all internet platforms have to struggle with.  Whatever the case may be, the users are going to be losers even if the censorship happens in a secret way.

It is going to be a federal crime if you violate the terms of service of any website. As per this interpretation, breaching the terms of service of websites by using a fake name say on Facebook or twitter, lying about your age and weight on a dating site and being under age to use content from Google sites for term papers could make you an outlaw.

Last month we started a Daniusoft DVD Ripper Software giveaway. The contest was closed on Nov 28th and now we have the winners of the software giveaway.

First of all I would like to apologize to those who were trying to access the site and couldn't access it. Earlier today the site account was somehow suspended and I didn't realize it until I couldn't sync my emails.

I don't know what happened. I am hosting with WiredTree and I am working with them to find out what caused this issue.

Anyways, the site is back on and the business is as usual.. so enjoy..and sorry for the inconvenience.

Hello All,

Just wanted to give you some updates about the site. We are growing... We have started seeing more unique visitors to the site who generates more pageviews and more interactivity.

Another good news is that we have a new author on board. His name is Logesh.

Finally, we got a complete makeover. The site has been revamped and there are still few more changes coming on its way. Please take time and familiarize with the new look and feel.

Few changes I would like to point out

• Site navigation has changed from what it was before. So please browse through the site and get familiar
• We are planning to add few more features to the site such as Weather module, Stock module, Video module etc.
• Those who have joined the site using Google Friend Connect may notice that the GFC bar has been removed for now. We are in the process of bringing it back.. so please stay tuned.
• Comments on the "Missed Call Finder" is temporarily unavailable. You will soon get it back
• If you are accessing the site using your mobile/handheld devices, you may not see the mobile friendly version. We are working on fixing that issue.
• And the last thing.... We always love to hear your feedbacks and/or suggestions about the site. Please feel free to drop us a line if you have something to say.

  Sorry for the inactive last week and no new posts. Actually I was out on a vacation for few days and after that I was busy with the site upgrade. Finally I moved the site from Joomla 1.0.x environment into Joomla 1.5 environment.

If you have bookmarked the articles, it should work but I would advise you to update your bookmarks. Also if you are using the site RSS feed instead of the  Feedburner RSS Feed into one of your own reader, please change the RSS feed to point to Feedburner RSS Feed for the upto date news.

Now that I have upgraded to Joomla 1.5, I am planning to change the site look and feel too. If you have any suggestions, comments, feedback, please feel free to contact me using the "Contact Us" form.

Believe me this is no joke. I know the posting timing couldn't have been perfect then this but this is true.

A worm infecting millions of computers activated itself as predicted on April 1. However fears the Conficker.c worm would cause chaos have so far proved unfounded, with no reports of major problems.

Unlike viruses, worms self propagate, spreading by networks."Once it's out there, it's very difficult to stop," Pirillo said .

Conficker.c has a feature that disables the Windows update program in the Microsoft product, keeping Windows from becoming patched, Pirillo said. It also disables the auto-update capabilities of many anti-virus software programs.

Conficker, also known as Downadup or Kido, first appeared last November. The worm is self-replicating and has attacked a vulnerability in machines using Microsoft's Windows operating system, the software that runs most computers.

Lawrence Baldwin, the chief forensics officer with mynetwatchman.com, an Internet security site based in Atlanta, said the motivations of Conficker.c designers appear to be different from the those who designed previous worms, which infected millions of computers but had little impact.
