Tata today has launched one of the best VAS for free of cost for its post-paid and pre-paid subscribers.

 

The service is called "Emergency Management Service" which is free of cost and can be used in an emergency to stay connected with your family and friends. 

you can register yourself with three local or national numbers. In case you are in a situation of emergency, all you have to do is Dial*44. Once you dial *44, Tata will send out an SMS to your registered numbers and an out bound call will be made with a pre-recorded voice clip to all the three numbers. Your registered numbers will be informed to contact you immediately.

Tata is planning to launch more i-Help services such as people tracker, Contact Book, Phone Safe and Credit Card Freeze which will follow after the iHelp emergency. 

Service Available for all Tata Indicom Mobile, Walky, Wireline, Indicom 10, Prepaid or Postpaid customer. Post-paid customers can register by calling the customer care or by logging into your account on Tata Indicome website. Prepaid customers can register to this service by calling the customer care.
