Lava B5 1st Phone with Rupee Symbol in Keypad
This handset came to the Indian market with innovative new feature called Alpha keypad.
The company states that it is a matter of pride for India to be the fifth nation having a currency symbol of its own.
The company introduced this keypad, which offers keys arranged in ABCD order, on the basis that still majority of India is not familiar to computers, hence less comfortable with the QWERTY keypads.
