I booked a flat at Kamothe, Navi Mumbai and paid Rs. 14 Lacks legally as Cheque payment and receipt also received from the builder( Earth builders and developers Pvt Ltd) in the name of same Company. The builder told to Execute the agreement within two days and balance amount is as Loan. The total cost of the flat is Rs. 21 Lacks. But after received the amount he stopped work of the building and he was unavailable. Then few months after he started the work of the building and sold the flat that I have booked to other person in high price. So I filed a complaint in Consumer Forum, C B D. and court verdict came in my favour asking builder to return money with 12% till the date of realization, but he was absconding. Again I filed appeal as Execution and arrest warrant issued by court in many times, but he was not available by the Kalamboli Police. This time the building work beautifully going on without any delay , his workers are in the Office and his business properly is on. This time he completed his work and jumped from here to other state after giving possession for the every flats and O.C. Then we were searching him with broken heart and tears looking unto heaven. Many time I requested to the Police and I gave petition to the Commissioner of Police, D C P, A C P, but no response about it. This is our hard earn money and no roof over our head and still we are staying in highly rented house, but the builder enjoying with our money and make huge benefit. Actually this builder not only fighting to me, but also to the Judiciary. He is violating the order and contempt of Court.
Now we came to know the builders project work is still going on in Mysore and Gujarat, but without the help of Police I cannot do anything. In such condition Please help me and recover our money according to the condition of court.

Dear Sir,

I have purchased one double bed and two single beds from Linus marketing on 2/01/11. I paid whole amount 58500.00 on same day.I received the beds after 5 weeks.It took one more week to aseemble it. Double bed has a lot of alligmnet, finishing problems, while one of single bed has got lot of scratches.I pointed out those defects to their sales person Mr. Deshmukh. Even after repeated request my problem was not solved . Every time Mr. Deshmukh and his men promise to solve the issue. Their carpenter comes do some patch work and go after promising to do it next time.They even couldnot sent proper dimension fitiing for single bed.
After discussion with their boss Mr Pawar, on 14.4.2011.They took back part of double bed which has a defects promissing to replace it within 3-4 days.After repeated follow up they deliver the part on 28.04.2011. Insted of replacing it, they have done some patch work. It is not upto our satisfaction.Mr.Pawar has promised to visit us to look into this matter but he has not yet turned out. Further one of our single bed issue is still pending. There is no communication from their side..Kindly look into the matter.
