RIM( Reasearch In Motion) has launched its new Bold Smartphone : BlackBerry Bold 9700 in the country today.

The Smartphone comes with a 2.44 inch TFT (Thin Film Technology) LCD display at 480X360 pixels resolution. It features a full Qwerty keyboard touch with sculpted keys and chrome accent. The phone also provides access to a wider range of communication and multimedia features.

It supports 3G HSDPA networks and has a microprocessor with 624 MHz. And also has a built in on-board Flash memory of 256 MB.

Phone also features a built-in GPS, Wi-Fi, 3.2 megapixel camera with auto focus, 2X digital zoom, flash and video recording. It offers a battery that can support upto 6 hours of talktime and upto 21days on standby mode.

Bold 9700 also support BlackBerry App World which attributes a catalog of mobile applications. The phone is available for Rs 31,990.
