TRAI Plans For Online Complain Against Service Provider

Whether you are using Reliance Mobile, Tata Indicom WLL, Airtel Mobile or BSNL or MTNL services,  when it comes to complain about the service --- there is no proper channel that you can go through.

Most of the complains against these service providers are unheard or goes to the deaf ears. Well hopefully that will not be the case for future. The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India is working on an online consumer grievance redress platform that will enable subscribers to lodge their complaints against any service provider through the Internet or an SMS.

The platform will automatically direct the grievance to the particular service provider after which the regulator will set a time for resolution of the problem.

Speaking to Business Line, the new TRAI Chairman , Mr J. S. Sarma, said, “The regulator needs to be seen as being effective in addressing consumer-related issues. As of now, there seems to be no real platform where consumers can voice their grievances and be assured of redress. We are looking at setting up an online mechanism that will make it easier for subscribers to get their problems addressed. This will also allow us to keep us track of the status of the grievances.”

    I have BSNLmobile no 9430209676 .I recharged with rupees one hundred and my service provider has deducted rupees sixtytwo now my balance has come down to rupees thirtyeight .I complain many times throw custmer care but deduction is still cotinuing I lso contected throw E Mails but all in vain.I have not used for any call till now all the amount has been deducted by the BSNL .please arrange refund and stop deduction

    i want trai to lift this messaging limit of 100 per day.it is really causing inconvinience to mobile users.i would request trai to stop this if possible and fast

    I have requesting for porting from tata to airtel since june 2011 no tata net work in my work place i.e., ghutnehari mandal nizamabad district AP. my latest porting request rejected with out any reason was TA688951 dt 6.09.11.
    now my porting request pending with TATA INDICOM TA355629 dt 10.10.2011 till today no message received from EITHER FROM AP FTA OR FROM AIRTEL though my request activated with airtel PLEASE LOOK INTO THE MATTER SERIOUSLY AND MAKE MY REQUEST FRUITFUL

    I wanted ON LINE Pre-paid Recharge for my wife's Airtel Mobile 9932063670 and an amount of 333/-- was debited from my ICICI Bank Account 089501500029 on 22.08.11.
    I got a SMS from Airtel " Dear Customer,Your recharge request is under process. Please check balance after sometime.".Dated 21.08.11. Till date inspite of so many mails/reminders, I have not got the balance credited to my said Mobile.

    Dear sir,
    A amount of Rs10 has been deducted from my number 9040297938 uncesserly.I have complained it to the company from 2 days they were saying that yes we will refund your amount in 3hrs but till today as the amount was not credited in my a/c i complained again today but they said no we will not refund your amount.
    So please help me to solve my problem.

    Dear sir,
    I have used Airtel no :9818808284.which i have take portability to vodafone and my portability no is : AD471923 which is successfully done. but after one week they bard my service all incoming and outgoing calls as well as customer care calls and all emergency no are bard without prior intimation. I am sufferning from this for more then 23 days my work also suffer because of that and service provider not providing any service while i submitted all my document to the service provider twice.Please take some serious action against it take it as urgent and do the needful.
