WBComTax.gov.in Launches Online CST And Way Bill Forms

Government of West Bengal has recently changed the procedure for submitting an application for issue of CST related declaration forms and certificates. Government of West Bengal Directorate of Commercial Taxes has declared the online application for issue of Way Bill & CST related declaration forms and certificates.

Selected Dealers now can file an e-application for CST and Way Bills. Those who will apply online for CST or Way Bill will receive deliveries at their respective places of business through courier.

This facility will be extended to the other selected dealers of Charges located at 14, Beliaghata Road, Kolkata-700015 from 1st February, 2009.

    I want to dispatch mill scale from Jamshedpur to Haldia for export against H form. How can I take way bill for commertax dept of west bengal? I dont have local vat registration in wesst bengal or Jharkhand. I am registered vat dealer at Bangalore. I want to use my CST No. Please explain.

    I am a registered dealer of West Bengal Sale Tax ,can not open the page for utilization of way bill Part-1 duly generated by us.When ever I am trying by clicking ,message shows YOU ARE NOT SELECTED TO AVAIL THIS SERVICE OR SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE TO YOU.Return Submitted,Tax Paid,no short payment,Hard copy of Revised Return submitted in time.Pl.half.

    Referring to the above this is not clear how to submit our application for obtaining the E-Way bill in the form 50A.

    The related circular noticed by us in the news papers and informed by our relative Traders Associations where it is mentioned the dimaterialisation of way bill in the form 50 and the limit of utilisation of the same on or before 28.02.11.

    We like to have the E- Way bill from sharp 1st week of March 2011 as we have placed the order to the consignor dt.21.02.11.

    Please revert your comments and suggession so that we can obtained the esteemed WAY BILL which is essentially necessary for on our despatch the ordered materials.

    WE R REGD. DEALER IN WB. OUR CO. (AT MAH) EXECUTES ORDERS ON EPCC ORDERS AND EVERY ACTIVITY IS CENTRALISED (MAH) NOW ON THIS BASIS THEY HAVE ISSUED ORDER TO VARIOUS PARTIES IN INDIA WITH INSTRUCTIONS TO SEND THE MATLS. TO OUR CLIENT AT WB A/C. OUR CO. (ON 6_2 SALE BASIS). STO REJECTED OUR RQST FOR FORM C ON PRE-TEXT THAT OUR VENDORS HAVE SENT THE MATERIALS A/C. OUR CO. WITHOUT INDICATING STATE. AS PER CST RULE CST HAS TO BE ISSUED BY THE STATE WHERE THE MATERIAL WERE DELIVERED.

    UNDER THE CIRCUMSTANCS, CAN STO CAN REJECT ISSUE OF FORM C
