Back in May, 37 Indian Post offices in Tamil Nadu started selling Air, Train and interstate bus tickets. Tamil Nadu postal circle entered into a join venture with ARM iSolutions, a private ticketing service to provide these tickets.

Ease-Ticket product is India's first new age CRS which offers inventory distribution solution for all forms of travel. Ease-Ticket offers travel agents opportunities to book.

Now Ease-Ticket will be available at more than 8000 Indian Post Offices across India. SO next time when you want to buy any bus, air, train tickets or if you want to reserve a hotel room or buy a tour package, you can just walk into one of those 8000 post offices in India and buy it.

Indian Post Offices are diversifiying their work from selling tickets to collecting utility bills or collecting income tax returns.

hi,
good news to hear Post offices can selling the Train tickets. But I always book the ticket online only. For this I have to go to site called indiantrains.org. This is easiest for me and other also.
