The Panda Security Antivirus and Preventive technologies, has announced a report which says about Brazil is ranked number 1, followed closely by India, Korea, Vietnam and U.S. are the ranking given for these countries who head the list of countries which are responsible for most of the spam messages that was sent just this year, that too considering the first two months of 2010. When considering about the Cities who are toping the list are which spam messages were sent are Seoul was ranked number 1, followed by Hanoi, New Delhi, Bogota, Sao Paulo and Mumbai respectively are the top 5.

When the PandaLabs analyzed five million Emails were sent from one million different IP addresses from different parts of the world. It was then identified that most part of the spams sent was mostly from botnet’s zombie computers. This spam messages are sent this way, the infected user’s computers themselves are the one’s which sends the spam. The cybercrooks have got many 1000’s of computer systems at their armory, which does their dirty work of sending spam messages for them.

Spam messages are sent mainly to distribute Malwares or Sell/Advertise all types of products which has been considered as business by some people and thus earn huge sum of money. As long as there is no awareness about these spam messages and as long as there are users who are does not know anything about these spasm even if they are few in numbers who trust these spam messages, Spammers can continue their job with ease and can keep on betting on the users.
