I wrote and article about Radio Mirchi, Radio City and Big FM 92.7 few months back and lot of folk's from Vadodara commented on my article saying that they should have a private FM station in Vadodara. So here is a good news for them. Specially Sam and Bhavik Shah (I wish I could contact you somehow and tell you that) Vadodara got its own private fm stations

The station will give the listeners a voice to air their opinions and feelings. There are interviews scheduled with Vadodara's very own celebrities- Atul Bedade, Kiran More, Aunshuman Gaekwad, Karan Grover.

Radio Mirchi will also broadcast a diverse mix of shows including Hello Vadodara, a charged up breakfast show; Khoobsurat, for the women of today; Total Filmi, for the latest Bollywood gossip; Bumper to Bumper, for the latest buzz in city happenings, business, stock and sports update, Club Mirchi, for dance masti with latest hindi remix; Purani Jeans for retro music and Dr. Love, a show which prescribes the best medicines for love related problems. (reports IndianTelevision.com)

The station will have localized programming content with local news that you can use everyday. Radio Mirchi was launched on 5th Jun and right after that on June 6th, Radio City launched.

Radio City CEO Apurva Purohit commented that Radio City's brand promise of "Whatte Fun" will enthuse music enthusiasts here in Vadodara.

So stay tuned with your own private FM stations here in Vadodara.
