Tata Indicom To Launch Net Radio Phones

Tata Indicom launched its Internet Radio Service few months back for its three handsets Motorazr V3C, Samsung Wideo and Motorola World Phone. These phones are priced at around Rs. 8000. Now the company is planning to launch Rs. 3000 handsets with this Internet Radio Service.

 

You can listen to about 41 international radio stations including Bloomberg Business Radio, CNN News Radio, Fox News and Talk, and ESPN Radio, WMPS Bartelett, Tenesee, WWOZ, New Orleans, WJKS, New Jersey (Hip Hop Music), Stereo Joya, Mexio and US based Telugu radio station 'Radio Of India'.

Toyota Opens Toyota Technical Training Institute (TTTI) in India

Toyota Motor Corporation announced that Toyota Kirloskar Motors Pvt. Ltd opened the Toyota Technical Training Institute (TTTI) for middle school graduates in Bangalore, India.

 

The institute is build on 1,851 sq. m with a land area of 48,726 sq. m. on the grounds of TKM, Bangalore district, Karnataka State.

 

TTTI instruction will center on four technical-skill courses: painting, welding, automobile assembly and mechatronics.  The three-year curriculum will include academic classes on engineering and practical training at TKM.  All students will live in a dormitory and be exempt from paying entrance fees and tuition. As part of the Nirmala Nagara, Municipal eGovernance project, 57 of the largest cities in Karnataka are to get a comprehensive citizen-friendly website by Aug 15th 2005(above 7 cities launch on July 1st 2005) providing not only information but also transaction capabilities. 

 

Recently the corporation has launched their website www.mysoorcity.gov.in. It has uploaded data of about 4.80 lakh birth and death reports, and by creating facility for the public to file online complaints

BMW launched its car models in India early this year. The company is planning to launch its sports coupe car M series by next year. These cars would be imported based on customer orders.

The company on Tuesday announced the market launch of its premium luxury sedan 5 Series with prices starting at Rs 37 lakh (Rs 3.7 million) and going up to Rs 45 lakh (Rs 4.5 million, ex-showroom).

Do Not File Your Tax Returns Through Post Offices

 

Indian government, famous for its "policies" has withdrawn the facility for tax payers to submit income tax returns through post offices. This facility was introduced last year.

 

The last date for filing income tax returns is July 31 for salaried individuals, self-employed, small enterprises with a turnover of less than Rs 40 lakh (Rs 4 million) and professionals with receipts of less than Rs 10 lakh (Rs 1 million) a year. (Rediff News)

 

So before filing your income tax returns, please check with your local post office if you can still file your taxes through them or not.
