Direct to Home Services in India has picked up in last few years. Tata Sky, a DTH Service provider in India saw a big success and now we have players like Dish TV, Reliance ADAG Big TV jumping into DTH (Directo To Home) industry.

Tata Sky so far is the leading DTH service provider in India. Dish TV on the other hand is giving stiff competition to Tata Sky and now to make the war between companies more interesting, Dish TV is offering set top box free to its new subscribers. Normally these set top boxes cost between Rs. 1500 to Rs. 3000 to the customers

If you don't want to buy such DTH services, you can always watch indian television channels.

dishtv''s retailers cheater. they can not selling dishty's set top box with packing contents.i have a bought a set top box @printed cost Rs.1000.00(Rs.one thousand).the shop keeper give me only set top box.if i want all contents he demand extra money for accessory which in contets box.

your retailer is cheater.i bought brand new a set top box from a local shop.i have received without kits in packing.i have bought separates a remote and other accessory.
