Can you imagine the lifetime prepaid for Rs 199? You just pay one time fee of Rs. 199 for your prepaid mobile and then you can receive calls for the life for Free. Mobile subscribers in India are growing crazily. Now we can see tea stall operator, auto rickshaw drivers and almost any roadside food stall person uses mobiles.

Prepaid cards are good as you don't have to keep paying for the bill but you can pay it when you have money. But now Reliance has introduced its scheme for lifetime validity. The lifetime prepaid cards were introduced back in 2005 at price for Rs. 999 from MTNL, Hutch and Airtel. But now reliance has dropped the lifetime validity from Rs. 999 to Rs. 199. 

For making outgoing calls, the standard local tariff will be 99 paise per minute. Various other calling tariff options will also be available to the users, depending on the trend of one’s usage.

Airtel also slashed its outgoing call rates by 50% for its lifetime prepaid cards. Now with Rs. 495 you get the lifetime prepaid card and you can make outgoing calls for Rs. 1/minute.
