Looks like Fring, after the iPhone 4 fight over Skype has turned the heat up in VoIP market. Fring, the most popular mobile VoIP client (which supports SIP, GTalk, Yahoo, ICQ, Messenger and much more) has today luanched a new service called "FringOut"  (just like SkypeOut).

This will allow users to make dirt cheap almost free international calls from their mobile devices using Wi-Fi or 3G.

With FringOut, Fring allows its users to make phone calls to land line and cell phone numbers anywhere in the world with prices starting at one cent per minute. Calling to India using Fring is just 1.1 cent/minute. (Which is the cheapest of all right now)

You can find out more rates using a rate calculator at the Fring website. FringOut is currently available for Nokia S60 (Symbian) devices and will soon be available on iPhone and Android devices.

So how can this be free international call?

Well, just have your friends/family on the other side of the world install the Fring application on their mobile phones and you are practically making free calls to India, Pakistan, China, Germany, Australia or wherever in the world.
