Sometimes we feel like telling someone something but we can't tell that on their face. You might miss the opportunity to propose to your girlfriend/boyfriend or in different situation you keep your anger within you. So what to do about this situation?

Here is something you would like to check out. HadToSay.com, very easy to use, and is completely free service where you can just sign up and write a message you want. Now anonymously notify the person you wrote this message for either by masked mail or by printing out the hadtosay note (see above) and discretely had it to that person. The notification will direct the recipient to the site to retrieve the message. You can then check back later if that person has replied to your note or not.

There is no limit on counter-responses. All messages are public but sender and recipient information is kept private. But make sure the purpose of this site is entertainment and amusement. The site does keep personal information like email address 100% safe and private. your conversation is still for anyone to view though. So make sure you don't enter anything personal in your message. TimesJobs has started a website called Bossmeter.net, a website for employees to rate their bosses. This report cards will be delivered to your boss. Oh but make sure you are not a small company (like one boss and one employee) otherwise your boss would definitely know who reported against him. ;-)
